My wife recently received her Samsung Brooklyn B5310 back from the repair centre and now she is unable to send or receive multimedia messages. I have checked with the provider and data is enabled but we were hoping there is a setting on the phone that would make it work.
The following were the repairs carried out.
Your mobile phone's printed circuit board (PCB), has been replaced with a factory tested warranty replacement PCB. The balance of your warranty continues from the original handset purchase date. Your mobile phone has been software upgraded, where applicable, to the latest version and has been tested to meet the manufacturer's specifications.
