Hard reset google password Samsung I5500

The appliance user and password pq ta asking I messed up the code mtas times I'm trying to do a hard reset.

When I'm in cmd and typed the command adb reboot recovery pops up this:

" the program can't start because adbwinapi.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem "


someone for the love of God help me?

ps: jah did the procedures to copy the files to the system32 folder
ps2: jah read several topics on this subject but nda resolves ...
ps3: I'm suspicious that has to do something with the device when I connect it via usb. What I do?? When I connect it via usb it asks KIES or just UMS mode. gotta do something before giving the command in cmd?

Try this:

press and hold volume up + volume down + home button + power button for two seconds. This will put the phone in the recovery mode. Use the volume keys to highlight 'wipe data' and home button to select. Confirm to reboot the phone.
