haipai n7889 freezing

i have a haipai n7889 and my phone keeps freezing along with my menu button and back button do not work. when i try to go into recovery mode there is no command for it i have replaced the lcd screen but still no luck. does any one have any ideas that could help i bought the phone online and havent been able to use it at all and the seller wont contact me or help me with it.

have you tried setting things back to factory default?

sorry its been so long ive just gave up on it for a while but yes i have factory reset it but it continues to do the same

It sounds like something may be damaged internally. By resetting to factory default you're ruling out the possibility of a software conflict.
