couldnt secure a connection?

i just wanna ask if how will i fix my samsung galaxy young gt6312? it started when the google play and youtube is not working so i search to how to fix it and then i saw there that if the other instruction doesnt work try to "RESET FACTORY" then i tried it but when my phone started when we try to log in my acc in google it says coundt sign in
can't stablish a secure connection > and etc so i search again and then thy thought me to download root browser then i download it and then i follow there instruction but still my phone is not working on google play store or i really can not log in ? how will i fix this?

Try to use VPN.That could help you to access to play market from another IP.

Is your Google play store ID is working? if it is working then, only problem with your data network. what data plan you have?

Just get a vpn tool.
