I have a Wafer 7 relay GSM and I can not get it to receive it was but then when I powerd it back it stop I have tried the tech button to put the number back in but the light will not come on to put the number in the white list

Perhaps in such situation all what you need to do is just call your Modile operator and ask for help. It seems that is issue of your operator mostly, not just yours.
