I am trying to fix a phone. It literally, from the time Verizon symbol loads, it vertically scrolling off the top then comes from botton and repeats. Once loaded in os, it does the same, sometimes it stops BUT the icons are half not showing or the next page is showing some on the first. Keyboard will scroll vertically too... continuously. The functionality still works, if you can guess where the keys are supposed to be, it will correctly go to them, but the graphics are all over the place.
