    Just changed to new Samsung A9Pro and having no luck downloading photos from phone gallery to PC via USB.
    Phone shows up on PC menu but when I open to view files there is nothing there (DCIM or Pictures or anything).
    I am able to download via Kies 3 app but this transfers to Windows 10 photo file only and I want to transfer pics into 'Pictures" under the "This PC" menu.
    Have had no problem with other phones previously and would appreciate help to resolve this problem.

    you can use shareit i also use shareit for pc and downlaod photos
