I purchase my first Samsung 9 June of this year 2018... the first time only had phone for 2 weeks and it went out...since then I have had three phones replace with the same problem since June of this year...The phone battery died and it wont come back on... Is any one else experiencing this problem....I'm making a call now for the fourth time this is ridiculous… HELPPPPP
