    I have an odd question. Is there any way to reprogram the RL-4920 model? Like totally wipe out any information that is on it? Including the ESN#?

    type in ##3282, then save # then go down to restore... there ya go , also try going to debug, that works better i think, cuz on some phones restore isnt other that one, to go to debug type in ##040793, then save phone #
