Communication from phone to my pc is not working

hi i have the pm 8200 and am trying to sync it to my pc and there is no communication. i have downloaded the bitpim software and also the usb driver, but all seems not to be working. i nedd to save my phone book so that i can change my phone

If you have Voice Command as part of your service, it will store your phone book on the web so that it is easily editable and when you change phones it transfers easy too. Also VC will allow you to use email hands free by reading your emails to you and then you can Reply by voice (.wav files).
