    HELP I purchased a usb cable to use with my sanyo 2300. I want to download ringtones off of the internet. Do I need a software program as well? My pc does not read my phone simply by connecting usb. Any suggestions for software and where to get it??? I appreciate your help.

    Get BitPim at Welcome to BitPim. It's completely free. You can get a driver at futuredial under the support heading. Let me know if you get the driver installed, I'm still working ont that part.
