There has to be a way to do this. I have a small business and I have a business phone number and a voicemail message and a cell phone. I want to have a system where if someone calls the business phone number and no one answers in say 3 rings it automatically forwards to my cell phone but if I don't answer my cell phone I want the caller to get me business numbers voicemail message and not my cell phone message. I have sprint cell phone service and qwest landline service. NO one at qwest had a clue about what I was talking about. One person knew but she said the only way to do it was if I have cell and landline service with the same company. Is it possible to do this without having to change my cell phone plan to qwest? PLease HELP!

I don't think what your asking can be done with different phone companies.

Why would you not want them to get your cellphone message? If it's your business and all, why would it matter where they left there message?

Re: Call Forwarding to cellphone and back again

Thanks for your input. I use my cellphone for personal and business use and I'd rather not have a business voicemail message on my phone that everyone calling me would get and I'd rather have business callers get bounced back to the business voicemail if I don't answer. It seems like this is more difficult to do than I thought so I will probably change my voicemail to have a business message. thanks again.
