Hey there, just got the phone about 2, 3 weeks ago, and I downloaded music from my PC to my phone (Sync'd it through WMP), and the files are no where to be found, ANYWHERE on the phone. Did I miss something? Or is there a reason I can't play it on my phone?

I put music on my 8400 connecting directly to my comp. Just open up explorer and drag and drop. Make sure the files are in mp3 format.

Hook your usb to the pc with ph. an go to mass storage on your ph. the pc shud reconize it. xp will give sum options for picture transfer. i picked the sec. one. then i went to mass storage on the pc an it brought up folders. i then brought up my mp3 folder an drag an drop my mp3s into the media folder. then at bottom right hand of screen is a green icon . clik it. it let u safely disconnect ur usb cable. an your done.

Hi,
I tried using a converter from mp3 to qvc to add new ringtones. They are in the voice folder where the other legit. ringtones are. The files sizes are almost the same, but when I use the phone and want to change ringtones they are no where to be found.

qvc ? an if they are .qcp then why would you want .qcp ringers. its better to use wavepad to convert mp3`s to m4a and even whole songs to m4a an put them on memory card. m4a`S take up less room.
