Sanyo M1, where can i buy one without a contract

I've been looking for a place to buy a "Sanyo M1" without a contract. I've seen some so called "New" ones on ebay from $250-$350. Does anyone know a site that i can buy one from that has it for around $300 shipping and all without a contract? Other than ebay that is.

You can buy them at your local sprint store without a contract. I don't exactly know why you would want to do that, you can only use it with sprint, it would be better just to get a contract...

well i lost my old phone and i still have a year left on my contract.... so i need a new phone without a contract.

As i said, you can buy one at the sprint store without a contract, you will pay full price for the phone... thats how i obtained my scp3100. You will still have the same nubmer on the new phone.
