I have five Spam PUSH text messages on my Pantech Slate phone. (though I don't think the brand has anything to do with this problem I'm having.) The URL that they each list is just stated as ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????, thus when I try to click to the URL, it says that it's an invalid URL. << I only tried to do this part, as I was hoping that perhaps they would then allow me to delete them.
As a matter of reference, they also do not allow me to Reply to them, so as to text STOP. There is no option of that. There is a delete option on each to click on, but when done so, they just each say 'deleting failed'. I've tried "delete All", but the phone will only be able to delete my regular texts, --not either of these five Spam PUSH messages.
Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it? FYI-----I did try Resetting the phone to see if that would remove them, but that did not work either. I have tried to find an option to delete the Phone memory (in which the Pantech Slate info I gave may help....??), but I can't seem to find the option to do so. Nor do I know if that would even help.
