A10 processors have been already announced some time ago, and they will be premiered with the release of Apple's latest models.
As it turns out company TSMC will be responsible for the production of the new processors, which will use the architecture InFO - the Integrated Fan Out - which will allow among the others for company to reduce production costs.
Chips manufactured by Taiwan company will have a smaller size, and consequently, will use less space inside the device, which may allow the producer, for example, to allocate space for other components under the cover of the phone. The above mentioned procedure would make the iPhone 7 the slimmest iPhone in history.
At this moment we dont know alot about the release of iPhone 7, most likely for its release we have to wait until September next year.
