Free Birthday CPF$

Time for me to be giving out the birthday CPF$!!!

For today only, Da Bear... hey that's me! Will be giving away Birthday CPF$ to all who are brave enough to ask for them. Ya gotta post a message telling how wonderful I am or how much you love me, that you think I'm the bestest bear on the west coast and China too!

That's right fawn all over me because today I am da king of the birthday world! (hearing Hail to Da Bear in the background)

Everyone get's 500 CPF$ (let's just hope that I don't run out!!) One post per member to get the $500 anyway. CPF$ will be giving out until Midnight PST June 3rd(because I have no idea what time it is in Japan).

Wait a second, how is a shortish 15year old about to give me a bear hug? A true bear hug is where you pick the person up, feet off the ground, wiggling and a giggling, then you swing them around (while crushing their ribs), then you dump them back on the ground (planting them into it like a potted palm), and watching them collapse into a heap (much like a pile of mulch) onto the ground, gasping for air.

Yeah but you forget we have seen your picture in the mirror. And unless you can dead lift more than you can bench, as well as press it over your head into a locked position, you ain't getting me off my feet, without blowing a neck vein or stripping a few gears.

no no... my outer physique has nothing to do with my abilities

i have an awesome body if i do say so myself

i bench 225 which is ok for my age
i can deadlift 405 twice (w/o breaking my back!)
i can squat 405 8 times(but the next day my back is totally destroyed)

by the way... how much do u weigh blkbear?

Someone needs to work on his lifting form if his back is "totally destroyed" the next day after squats!!!

Not underestimating KB at all, just know that he can't give a proper as described Bear hug is all.

Da Bear weighs a lot less than he used to weigh (thank goodness). Tipping the scales of justice now at 230 vs the old weight of 480
