which phone?

hey all, i'm lookgin for a touch screen phone that operates pretty much like the iphone when it comes to browsing the internet. i also want it to be able to act was a wifi source for my laptop. i could care less about the other features. any help in finding such a phone thats not too expensive? all comments would be appreciated, i really need this phone.

try the older version of iphone, the one with no camera etc.

Because you want to keep the cost down, I like the idea for an older IPhone, But the HTC and Galaxy are great phones.

I said HTC before... but if you are looking for a bargain... browsing internet, act was a wifi source for your laptop ... why dont you check you LG optimus one p500?

I know i suggested a couple of models on top... however i bought an lg optimus one p500 and for the price the specs and having adroid 2.2 froyo its really a steal... check it out
