ebay was informed by bayers and sellers abuot ppl hijacking account to be used in scams but done nothing about it, the only thing ebay use to do is cancelation of the item if the seller compaint to them.

and now ebay insted of tracking those fraudsters they coming up with a fraud worning sales at the price of $19.99

I have always hated ebay for that. They never do anything to ensure the safety of the people who use their service. Even if fraud was reported, they still will not do anything. They will of course refer you to their fraud handling service which will then charge you in order to help you resolve the problem. Ebay is a company that thrives off fraud and scams, because either way they make money.
