Alright, I kind have an idea how this GSM cell phone thing works

But I figured Id make sure Im not gonna waste money.

I have a Cingular GSM plan, with a Nokia 6340i, but it wont come on now(the on button broke off?)

Im broke, So I've been looking for a cheap(used) alternative.

The T226 looks like what I want.

So, If I get a Cingular Wireless T226, All I have to do is put my SIM card in it, and it will work? I dont have to call Cingular, or do any crazy magic?
