hey there, I use cingular and purchased my Ericsson T637 from them about 9 months ago, along with the phone insurance plan.

Since then my joystick does not operate correctly. Sometimes it'll work others, it simply won't.

I'm hoping to find out from you guys, what I need to do to remedy this problem, the guys at the cingular store weren't much help. Since I have insurance won't repairs such as this be covered for no cost? and how do I go about getting them to fix it.

Also, is it free of charge to get them to simply send me a new phone if I say I "lost" it?
