i have recently bought a DCU 11 cable for my SE 700i. though i can use the image editor and mms home studio to upload pics from my pc to my phone, i cannot activate the file manager program. the program keeps on saying that my phone is not connected to the pc.

can any kind souls pls help me with my problem?
do i have to unlock any thing or do anything to solve this problem?
my current software edition is R2L001.
