if the k700i is anything like my s710a, i was very disappointed in the length of my battery life at first. it seemed to only last about half the time my t637 did. but i kept using it till the battery was almost dead, and then recharging it till it was full every night, and after about a week, it got better and better. now i can use it for hours and still have it off the charger for about 4 days. its improvement was HUGE.

Well unless you have just won the lottery, I wouldn't suggest buying the K700i without a plan. I'm not positive but if you unlock it somehow I would imagine you could use BELL service with it as long as they are both GSM and both run on the same bands that the K700i runs on. I was also disappointed with the battery life of my S710a but as mustanglover said it did improve dramatically from the first day or so. The first day I got my S710a it ran out of battery before the day was over. I got it around noon. Then, again, I never put it down the first day

lol
but don'y you guys think that a plan is kinda a ripoff?
cuz if i use prepaid cards, soemtimes it can be cheaper if i don't use my phone for a while?
hey some ppl told me that the joystick breaks if you use it too much
is it easier to break than buttons?Last edited by aman0; 07-06-2005 at 10:55 PM.

In ways yes. But, It might pay off a little bit when you save a few hundred dollars on it.

yes, short battery life, make sure to use it until the battery's really low and recharge it to full.
