you should buy the p910i for use in India. reason being is that it supports 900/1800/1900 mhz frequencies which are important for India. the p910a is for use in the Americas because it supports: 850/1800/1900 mhz.

good luck and enjoy your p910i!

    P910i vs p910a

I am debating whether I should buy 910a or 910i. I live in the US but I often travel to Europe.
Also, there is a price difference between the two models (if one is to by them in the US). Any references on places to buy with good deals? Thanks.

    Hi Vincenttheo,
The Difference between P910a and P910i is "a" is for america and "i" is for International. So if your planning to use it only in America then go for P910a or else you can go for P910i. I currently have a Nokia 6610 which i got in Asia. But its working in USA so i guess even if you buy P910i you can use it in US.
    Thanks
