Adjusting daylight Savings modified time of every appointment!!

Hopefully someone has an answer for this insane problem. I searched the forum and did not see it addressed previously.

When my T610 automatically adjusted for Daylight Standard time today it advanced EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT by 1 hour! This is the most counterintuitive thing I've every experienced in an electronic device. Why would the phone change the time of my doctor appointment or meeting next week because it's now Standard Time rather than Daylight Time!!!

I'm afraid to resync it to my computer for fear it will modify all my appointments there as well.

If this is how the phone's OS works then I will never buy a Sony Ericsson phone again as it renders the calendaring function completely useless.

Any ideas on fixing this?

Update: I did a Master Reset on the phone and it seemed to resolve the problem.

Be sure to save your phone book, pictures, ringtones, themes, games, and any other items you downloaded are added to the phone before resetting it as a Master reset wipes the entire phone and resets it to factory defaults. before resetting though.
