Hi! I just bought the S710a and am having problems downloading MP3s to it. I tried downloading the disc2phone program. When I install it, though, I get the following error: Disc2phone software requires Service Pack 3 or later to be installed with the Windows 2000 operating system. The problem is, I have Windows ME.

Is there another program that is compatible with ME that I can use to download MP3s?

    Thanks for any help!

I've only used the standard sony program that comes with the cable and phone.

I've actually also used flashmobile...or mobile agent.

I have ALSO., learned, THAT NOTHING beats buying a flash card reader/writer, and shoving your card in that way. The transfer time is usb/usb2 dependent, vs the speed the phone can write to the card...which I doubt is up to par.

I have found that taking the 32 mb mem chip out and loading it into the mem reader that comes with it is the best way to go. Windows Me, Xp and 2000 all do this with no problem on my S710a. I have that this is also cheaper thatn downloading anything on the internet...I have the 5mb cap with cingular.
