Handsfree Car Kits

Dear All,

How can I identify what model Sony Ericsson phone is to be used with a Handsfree car kit? I recently purchased a car that has one, but the only part numbers? or maybe just numbers I can find are

PA6+30GFL < TPE and KRY 101 1040 RIB and KRY 101 1042

Have done a search on google but had no joy

any help is appreciated.
