Connect internet via GPRS w/ J200i

I have a J200i. I was buy a infrared device for doing transfer data between my cellphone and my PC. Before it, I try to find a compatible unofficial cable data for J200i, but unfortunately, that many cheap cable connection are not compatible w/ my J200i. So I buy the infrared device one.

My question, can I connect to the Net via GPRS with my J200i if using an infrared for the communicating device between PC and cellphone? What I need for doing that? My OS is Windows XP. And I have a SonyEriccsson Mobile Suite CD, include Phone Network Modem. Do I need to install Phone Network Modem? Please give me tips&tricks for this problem.
