I recently got my w810i unlocked to use out of the country. However, doing this also meant that the Cingular settings I had on the phone were erased. My internet connection and MMS sending configurations are currently blank. I know that Cingular support and the Sony Ericsson website both offer configurations to fix this.
1. Is there a difference between my internet accessability with either of these? If so, which one is better?
2. Since I am coming back to Cingular service upon return to the US, do I have to use the Cingular configurations?
3. In terms of internet access, does this phone support only WAP access or is there a way to have full website access?
4. Is there any way to ever restore Cingular software back onto the phone, if there is some reason I may need it down the road?
