thanks. By the way: the speaker on the back is supposed to be not so loud?, I mean, my brother's nokia 6265 sounds louder and it's not a cell focused in music.

these buttons can change in-call volume too

Also, you may want to change the setting to make the speaker louder - like switching your phone to IN CAR mode so that the volume will be a little louder.

More than likely it will work. Just make sure that the seller has a policy for returns/refunds.

he's talking about your profile settings

ie. meeting, indoor, outdoor

ect.

each profile differs in a way

such as, the meeting profile may set your phone to silent mode, as to outdoor mode may set your ring volume to the highest level.

I see, I setted it to in car but I don't notice any difference on the sound volume.

I found something to compare my sound volume with yours: the sounds on the little program to make music are barely hearable on my phone, I have to put my ear near the speaker to hear it. Is this normal?
