i need that code for formating my M2..

If you mean a user set startup code, the default is usually '0000'. If it's an unlock code you're after that will allow you to use your phone on different networks, you're going to need to head down to your local phone shop and ask them if they can do so. You should expect to be charged a small fee for this usually.
