    Hello,

Does anyone have the same issues with the TM506 that I do? Tmobile isn't really helping me out with the tech stuff. Can any of these issues be resolved or are they just known problems with the phone?

    1. The phone just randomly turns off. Never when I've been on a call, but when I'm typing a text message, playing a game, or looking at it wrong. Sometimes I pick it up to make a call and it's off. The battery is fully charged.

    2. 90% of the time I will have a good number of signal bars, yet it tells me ''emergency calls only." in the user manual it says that means there's a network, but I'm not allowed to use it ??

    3. Sometimes I try to reply to a text mesage and it will tell me it can't open the message (the one I'm trying to reply to).

Those are the main issues... I'm planning on getting a new phone within a month or so anyway but would like to keep this one as a spare..if I could get it to play nice.

Thank you for any help and suggestions.

    Re: Tm506

    hi
    i have news about tm506...
Sony Ericsson has officially announced its TM506, a clamshell cell phone that is to be launched on T-Mobile USA in early September. The TM506, available in your choice of black with green or black with chrome and orange highlights, is the first Sony Ericsson to hit T-Mobile in quite some time.

The Sony Ericsson TM506 brings a 2 megapixel camera to the party, paired up with a Memory Stick Micro (M2) card slot for easy memory expansion and Sony Ericsson's Media Center feature, which allows you to easily manage your photos and videos. The TM506 also sports a built-in A-GPS module with TeleNav's Navigator navigation software from T-Mobile to help you to easily find your way.

The Sony Ericsson TM506 features quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support, and works on T-Mobile's new AWS 1700MHz 3G network as well as the regular 2100MHz networks used across Europe. Bluetooth 2.0 is also on board, with A2DP support for stereo headsets.
