Broken screen? Broken inards?

Well I have a Sony Ericsson slider phone and all it does is light up and show a random line on the screen. The line changes sometimes... My other cell phone has a broken screen but it is weird shaped... this one is perfectly down the middle. My guess is an internal part is busted.

I know the phone probably pretty much done for, but I'm wondering if there is a way to fix it and has this happened to anyone else.

ow man buy another one this one is gone u.u

The screen is one of the most expensive part of a cellphone and it might be a better idea to get a new phone instead. The only way for you to know for sure is to bring the phone to a technician and have him check what the problem is and how much it is going to cost to repair/replace the part.
