My gf has some crazy stalker who lives in Trinidad and Tobago who calls non-stop to the point where its really creepy and we really want to find a way to block his number from even ringing or getting texts into her phone. She lives in the Dominican Republic and uses Orange as her provider with a Sony Ericsson W302. Is there an application she can download or an online service we can use? Please help this guy is nuts!!

Otherwise, could anyone suggest a cheap phone that has an integrated call-blocking feature that we could switch to for her?
