    I'm using SE W302 for >1yr and in this period of time this set stop vibrating twice....every time service providers tell me "some software problem", reinstall softs(??) & then its ok..for i dont know how long?? Right now it has stop vibrating...can anyone tell me what to do?

    yh the phone is **** but you mite beable to fix it under settings sound alerts or message settings alerts
