News: Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini launching next week in India

Pre-orders for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini are not being taken by Flipkart and Letsbuy for India. Originally set for July, the Xperia Mini for India is now said to begin launch next week.

If you decided to pre-order with Flipkart, the price of the smartphone will be Rs. 12,990 and pre-orders from Letsbuy will be priced at Rs. 13,139. The shipping dates vary between Flipkart and Letsbuy as Flipkart will ship next week while Letsbuy says they will ship within 8-10 business days.

Features of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini include: a 1 GHz processor, a 3-inch 320×480 touchscreen, a 5 MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, 512 MB of RAM, 320 MB of internal storage space expandable via microSD cards (a 2 GB card is included in the sales package), 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, 5.76 Mbps HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 1200 mAh battery.
