Blocking Incoming Calls:

  1. While on the home scree, tap the "Applications" icon
  2. Browse, find and tap "Settings"
  3. Under "Device" press "Call settings"
  4. Scroll down to and tap "Call blocking"
  5. Press "All incoming"
  6. Type in a password
  7. Tap "Enable"

Unblocking Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
  2. Find and access "Settings"
  3. Under "Device" access "Call settings"
  4. Select "Call blocking" then tap "Deactivate all"
  5. Type-in your password then press "OK"

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Tap "Call settings" under "Device"
  4. Scroll down and tap "Call forwarding"
  5. Press "Always forward"
  6. Type-in the phone number that you wish to forward incoming calls to. Note: alternatively, you can tap the "Contacts" icon and select a phone number from your saved contacts list
  7. Press "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls (Conditional):

  1. Access the app drawer
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Under "Device" tap "Call settings"
  4. Find and tap "Call forwarding"
  5. Select either "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
  6. If necessary you can enter a phone number to forward incoming calls to. Note: You can tap the "Contacts" icon and select a phone number that is saved in your contacts list
  7. Press "Enable"

Canceling Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
  2. Scroll to and tap "Settings"
  3. Press "Call settings" under "Device"
  4. Scroll down to and then press "Call forwarding"
  5. Tap "Always forward" and then select "Disable"

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Press the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Tap the "Menu" icon depicted as three vertical dots
  3. Select "Clear call log"

Viewing the Call Log:

  1. Access the "Phone" application
  2. Press the "Arrow" icon located next to the call log entry that you wish to view
  3. You can view additional call details under the "Duration" field

Tip on How to Disable / Enable Touch Tones:

  1. While on the home screen, tap the "All Apps" icon
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Scroll down to the "Device" field. Once there, tap on "Call settings"
  4. Mark or unmark the checkbox associated with "Dial pad touch tones" in order to enable or disable DTMF
