Contact Management

Adding a New Contact:

  1. From the home screen, tap "Phone"
  2. Access the "Contacts" tab located in the upper-left area of the screen
  3. Tap "Add contact" and select the location of the contact
  4. Enter the contact's name in the appropriate field
  5. Type the contact's phone number in the "Phone" section, and if necessary select a phone number type from the drop-down list
  6. Type in any additional information for the contact
  7. When ready, tap "Done"

Import / Export Contacts (SD Card):

  1. Open the "Phone" application
  2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
  3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select to "Import" or "Export" contacts
  4. Select "SD Card" and tap the vCard file you wish to import from the external storage
  5. Tap "OK" to confirm

Importing / Exporting Contacts (SIM Card):

  1. Launch the "Phone" app
  2. Tap the "Contacts" tab
  3. Tap the "Menu" icon and select "Import contacts" or "Back up contacts"
  4. Tap "SIM Card" and follow one of the sets of steps below:
    • To import contacts:
      When prompted to select an account, tap "Local contact" or a desired option
      Select the contacts you want to import or tap "Import all"
    • To export contacts:
      Select the contacts you wish to export or tap "Mark all"
      Tap "Back up" and select "Add contacts"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open the "Phone" application and tap "Menu"
  2. Select "Speed dial settings"
  3. Tap the "Add" icon associated with the dial pad number you wish to use for speed dialing
  4. Choose the contact you want to pair with the selected dial pad number

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Open the "Phone" app
  2. From the "Contacts" tab, tap and hold a contact you wish to remove
  3. Tap the "Trash can" icon
  4. Press "OK" to confirm and remove the contact

Caller Group Management

Creating a New Caller Group:

  1. Tap "Phone" while on the home screen
  2. Access the "Groups" tab
  3. Tap the "Add group" icon
  4. Enter a name for the group and tap "Done" to confirm

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. While viewing the home screen, launch the "Phone" app
  2. From the "Groups" tab, select the group you want to edit
  3. Tap "Add contact" and choose the contacts you wish to add to the group
  4. Tap "Done" when ready
