Gentlemen/ Ladies,

This Sony Ericsson Satio/ or called U1i have been my all time fav's phone although there are so many fancy pieces out there now.

It needs repair/ or re-installation/ called "flashing" of firmware onto the phone.

When I press POWER button ON, the SONY Ericsson Logo appears but stuck forever.

I tried sony's own website for updating and repair's function, but did'nt work.

Is there anyone who can guide me, or any repair shop in Los Angeles California that I can take my phone to for repair?

It is upsetting that SONY no longer offer repair services on SONY ERICSSON products.

I was told, due to the O/S firmware is NOT android based, but rather Symbian. SONY FLASHTOOL is NOT the correct tool. Furthermore, I bought the phone from Hong Kong, therefore, it comes with multiple languages options including chinese.
