Forward Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the apps drawer and access “Settings”
  2. Under “Device”, tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Scroll to “Device” and tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the “Settings” menu
  2. Scroll to “Device” and tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select an option to turn off, and tap “Disable”

Turn On Call Barring (block incoming & outgoing calls):

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call barring”
  4. Select a call barring option
  5. Assuming this is the first time you use the feature, set a password. Otherwise enter the current password and tap “Enable”

Block / Unblock Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Edit” (icon depicting a pencil)
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

NOTE: If you wish to unblock a contact, follow the same steps above and then disable “All calls to voicemail”

Enable / Disable Fixed Dialing:

  1. Open the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Fixed dialing numbers”
  3. Tap “Activate fixed dialing” or “Deactivate fixed dialing”
  4. Enter PIN 2 and press “OK”

NOTE: You can access the list of accepted callers by going to “Settings” > “Call” > “Fixed dialing numbers”

Open and Reset the Call Log:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. You can tap a call log entry to view more details about it under “Duration”
  3. To clear the call log, simply tap “Menu” > “Clear call log”
