Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Access “All contacts”
- Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm
NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notifications will be disabled for archived items.
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Archived”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Press “Menu” again
- Go to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
- Write the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” and select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
