you can download them to your phone by irda or cable? Or through wap/gprs.

Your phone should come with a CD that contains drivers for your computer. You will install the driver so that your computer can recognize your phone when you connect them via infared (laptop) or blue tooth dungle (desk top).

upload to phone
I have t610 (well, a friend, I have 6610) and we were trying to send games to t610 (from t610 sites). I dont know how. We have tried with sendfile2.0.6, but without success, only we could send photos and midis.
In websites sonyericsson games have a lot of files (nokia only .jar and .jar) .class; .png; .inf and I dont know wich file/-s upload and how.
we did it by IRDA.
Help, please, because I'm totally ignorant about sonyericsson
