depends what you need the phone to do

I think the p900 is good however the draw back is it would a pain in the ass to use while driving, i use my 6600 on the move with bluetooth, obviouly they are two different type of phones, the p900 is also a pda at heart, the 6600 does have useful features.

By the way, the phone is only as good as its battery life, my mate is charging his p900 up all the time, useless if infact you intend to me very mobile!! technology will catch up eventually i suppose. This lithium polymer is supposed to be even better than lithium ion, still got a way to go eh!!!

    still i nice phone though!!

battery life on the p900 lasts about 4 days. now the only way you have to charge the fone up "all the time" is due to bad usage. you send a message, you run a game, you take a photo, you call someone..

and the thing is.. everything you just did is still open. the games dont always exit, the camera doesnt shut down automatically, the messages stay in memory, just like your contacts.. what he needs to do is install something like 'Switcher' a free program that acts as a task manager. It will close all open programs except for the required ones in just one click. that will enhance battery life a LOT.

as for the fones... the p900 is a PDA, not just a cheap PDA either.. it has just as many features as any other PDA on the market and you can call people from it. it's highly customisable with themes, the menus can be changed, and you can have mp3 files as ringtones with memory expandable to 256mb.

if you don't care about the themes, mp3 ringtones or a blue look to the fone, get the p800 since it does almost as much but costs much less. i have both here and i still use my p800 more (thats cos i dont want my p900 gettin rugged before im through with my p800). The Nokia may be cheaper but I have used it and I wasnt that impressed.. I would go for the Sony-Ericsson, they are leading the way now
