I love the violin, I have been playing it since I was five and I still do it. I still think that sport is important and it will help you 100%

Sports, sports and again sports. Only sports in combination with a strict diet can help you with itching, because I also once had a similar problem and only this "bundle" could help me cope with my ailment. I also consider a very important component supplements, if you are interested, you can try this out and you will immediately notice the result. Sport is not so scary as you might think at first glance. If you have logged in to the system, you can enjoy it yourself

To lose weight, you need to eat less than you spend. The dependence is not so linear, but it will work for your purposes

A good nutrition is for you then. But jogging would be a huge plus.

Yeah, you can loose weight by playing sports this is true. But if you can't then you have to adopt another way like walking in the morning or going to the GYM.

Don't do the same mistakes as many others do. First, you will lose weight after some time, it will be visible and noticeable after 3~6 months depending on program and die and metabolism. Do constantly everything what is needed and don't give up.
