I love the violin, I have been playing it since I was five and I still do it. I still think that sport is important and it will help you 100%

Sports, sports and again sports. Only sports in combination with a strict diet can help you with itching, because I also once had a similar problem and only this "bundle" could help me cope with my ailment. I also consider a very important component supplements, if you are interested, you can try this out and you will immediately notice the result. Sport is not so scary as you might think at first glance. If you have logged in to the system, you can enjoy it yourself

To lose weight, you need to eat less than you spend. The dependence is not so linear, but it will work for your purposes

A good nutrition is for you then. But jogging would be a huge plus.

Yeah, you can loose weight by playing sports this is true. But if you can't then you have to adopt another way like walking in the morning or going to the GYM.

Don't do the same mistakes as many others do. First, you will lose weight after some time, it will be visible and noticeable after 3~6 months depending on program and die and metabolism. Do constantly everything what is needed and don't give up. I will recommend this guide https://www.modernfit.com/programs/n...ull-ever-need/ that helps me up to these moments to achieve personal goals, and it really works. Most amazing that it’s free. They included meal plans and videos on how to cook them, home exercises and workouts that are very effective. Much more interesting advices and knowledge you can read there, good luck.

Sport is a great way to activate metabolism, and a boost in metabolic rate will help losing weight. But the number one factor to weight loss is not to eat less, but eating things that are less calorific (fat/sugar/meat). I believe that starting a meal with some rice, potatoes or coucous can really help feel "filled" and then you eat whatever meal you want in small quantity, so the overall calorific input is way less than just eating a normal meal.

Everything is possible, the main thing is your desire! Lose weight quickly without exercise is quite problematic and long, but the main thing is to go to your goal confidently! If you don't like to do exercises, then walk more and include cycling in your daily routine. Of course I advise you to eliminate from your diet fatty and fried foods, eat more fruits, vegetables, cooked meat, baked fish. It's best to eat poultry, such as chicken and turkey. And, of course, drink a lot of water! You will succeed, the main thing is to believe in yourself!
