    Difficult question. I can recommend to start from these tips:
    - Avoid alcohol, sugar and caffeine
    - Try Melatonin
    - Adjust the temperature in your bedroom
    - Stick to a routine sleep schedule
    - Shut out as much light as possible
    - Shut off all televisions, video games and computers at last an hour before bedtime.

    Really good tips. I can also add that regular physical exercises and healthy diet will help. You should definitely pay attention on this. By the way what do you know about cbd? I read that such products can help to deal with insomnia. If you are interested, I can share several articles about cbd.     Insomnia is a terrible condition. I know it from my own experience. Of course, I can take pills, but according to this site, they can be used for a short period of time, so the issue won't be solved. What works for me is a walk in the evening, a warm bath, a massage, and reading before sleep. Also, it is essential to organize your day in a proper way to get up and go to bed at the same time every day.

    agrees that caffeine should be eliminated. but in such cases I just lie with my eyes closed and rest at least like this
