It is an upgrade of an older Sprint TV service which used to "stream" video at 1 frame per sec. Now this newer version streams at 15 fps, which is approaching real video 22-28 fps.

The "Channels" are not actual TV or cable TV channels in the traditional sense. For instance the NBC channel would feature clips from that provider and so on. Other participating providers are Disney, Fox Sports, Discovery Channel, ABC News, Comedy Time, The Weather Channel.

This is available in the Vision Multimedia pak, which also includes Unlimited Picture Mail and Unlimited Video Mail.

It's not Dick Tracy's wrist TV yet, but it's much more than other US providers have been willing to put out there.

Yehh man TV on your phone is the next big thing and since the TV tuners are getting cheaper and smaller in 2 years it will be standard on all high end phones. At teh moment its very processor intensive and a big power drain!

I wouldn't worry about American falling behind. If Europeans are going to watch TV in class and while at work, it's probably something we shouldn't worry about imitating.
