Some how i got signed up for another year with sprint when i added the option of 7pm nights and weekends over the internet. i didn't know adding something to ur current plant could add another year. i want to cancel there service cause i get no reception in my house at all with my new treo300. i have been emailing them back and forth and they said i am in the service area they could not cancel it but then i got a letter stating "the phone number 000-000-0000 is a 2 year term which started on March 16, 2004 and ends on March 16, 2005." Yes i know 2004-2005 is one year but they said 2005. do u think i have a case. do u think if i ***** enough they will cancel it.
actual email:

If U signed up online U had to accept the 2year term before the plan's configuredon your account. Its not hidden, the 2 year requirments in bold print. Couldn't have done it any other way.
Your treo 300 is a single band single mode (cdma 1900). Getting a dual band dual or tri mode phone may improve your reception.
