Recently bought a couple phones for my kids, and helped my son set up his Picturemail account. Immediately had trouble - instead of being prompted for a password to use for the new account, he got an "invalid" password message. I went to the website, choose the "forgot password" option, and the password was sent to his phone. We logged into the website, and were greeted with some other persons photos -- many of which we certainly not apprpriate for my kids standing there!

Any ideas how often this occurs?
