Hi all,
I am new to this forum. So, this question might already have been answered and I am sorry to repeating this again. I just switched from a solo plan to a family plan. Well, one of the users is using a lot of daytime minutes. The only option Sprint can give me is suspend the account and unsuspend it. Well, the problem with that is that it might take up to a couple of hours to take place.
I am seeing if anyone knows of a way to limit someone's daytime usage. I wish Sprint would have something like that in place. I think they don't so the overuser will make the bill payer pay for more money. grin
If anyone can help, it would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks,
