Need help with retrieving saved pic

I had the MM-A800 and i downloaded a pic from a picture mail someone sent to me. it goes straight to the pictures saved on the phone file. But i cant retrieve it to send to someone else or to save on the memory card. i would really like to have that pic again.

I was thinking of using the USB data cable, but I cant find the correct driver and program. Can anyone help me please.

Was this recent enough that you could retrieve the pic from sprint.com, or do I assume it's been on your phone a while? There are programs that you could use to remove the picture from your phone with the right kind of data cable, but I'll have to look into it for you further. Plus, if you start using programs like bitpim to mess around with your phone's software and don't know what you're doing, you could accidentally make the phone unusable.

I don't know much about it, but I know it's possible. I'm just not sure what software you need for your sanyo phone to retrieve the pic, give me some time to check and I'll try to get back to you soon. Or anyone else?

Yeah, I've had the picture for awhile so i cant retrieve it from the website. Any help would be appreciated.
